At shrewsbury regatta
Eating as athletes should; a subway in town, or a barbecue.
The SBC know how to party, big style!
I just couldn't make them stop screaming!
I'm glad to see the hair sprays were a big hit.

Not sure how big Al managed to get that dirty though!!
Henley Womens Regatta
Just in case you can't remember our names!
Ironbridge Regatta
How random is this eight? They have never rowed together before and ended up racing in the ON 8+! They all seemed to have a good time!
All the single scullers did really well this weekend, grabbing loads of wins for the junior squad.
The twins raced in their double for the first time, though I'm not sure Bex wants to race! Can't blame her seen as they managed to turn it over a week ago whilst training!
As usual, the SBC headed off to the party after Saturday's racing had ended. However, it looks like we had started drinking before it even began.lol.
Big Al and his song was legendary as usual. Just in case you've been on another planet for the last two years, the song is .......Eye of the Tiger!
The naked row. No, the SBC juniors didn't take part!
The nat champs in Scotland
First night in Strathclyde and the lads are already getting their kit off and going for a run!
How random is this? I pitched my tent between the trees
The only bit of shade left by the lake. Good job Al didn't mind the smell!
It took three attempts to take this group photo. Not sure which is the best one though!
The bikes were lifesavers at this championship, although Dan seems to have forgot his front wheel.

<-- Others didn't bother to bring bikes, so the grabbed lifts everytime we went to the park!
This 'swing' at the park was ace. You stand inside and get someone else to spin you. We strayed from the normal way of use when the lads started hanging on from the outside(we can see you clinging on for your life Joe).
